Young Life Christian Preschool is a State of California licensed non-profit daycare/preschool with students ranging in age from 2 1/2 to entry into first grade.  Both full-time and part-time students are accepted.  

Conveniently located between Foothill Expressway and El Camino Real, YLCP is set back from the street, with a quiet playground.

Our Program

Our developmental program is a melding of Montessori and Piaget philosophies of education. The best qualities are brought from these philosophies to create a unique and fresh program. 

Small teaching groups rotate weekly through four rooms dedicated to language, math and science, sensorial, and art/practical life.

Children work on projects that expand their creativity and imagination, learning letters, phonics, science, and counting numbers.

The children learn through observation and problem-solving. They learn inner-directed behavior, which builds self-respect and cooperation with fellow students.

Children visit and work in the garden each week.

Hours

7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., year around.
